Add A Unique Look To Your Home With Some Greeen Iron Leathered Soapstone!

In this blog, I wanted to take a look at a few tops we recently fabricated and installed in the material, Green Iron Soapstone, which is quarried from a bedrock quarry in Brazil. Green Iron Soapstone has a unique look that is different from most of the soapstone you see around that is light gray in appearance that takes on a darker appearance with aging and sealing with mineral oil. This material is green in color with veins of copper, or burgundy color. The leather finish in this stone adds a unique, slight texture, although it still has a smooth overall appearance.

Let’s take a look at few photos of some Green Iron Leathered Soapstone from a recent install…

Notice the unique look and texture of this vanity top. I really like the coppery veining in the material.

Notice the light green color of the material and accent coppery veining. I like how it seems to flow up through the backsplash.

If you are looking for something a little different for your home, like a rustic look and the color green, you might want to take a look at this material. Stop by our showroom today.

Add Some Character To Your Home With A Mascarello Granite Bar Top!

In this blog I wanted show a few photos of a Mascarello bar top we recently fabricated and installed. Mascarello is a beautiful color with warm shades of gold and beige. Cream and taupe colors are also prevalent throughout the slabs. Large areas of quartz are also prominent in this stone.

Let’s take a look…

Notice the large taupe areas. This is quartz and gives the illusion that you can actually through the stone, or down into it.

I don’t know about you, but I love  stones that have a lot of quartz. They not only give the stone depth, but add some character and a point of interest.

Namibe Cream Granite Installation…

In this blog, I wanted to share a few photos of a Namibe Cream granite kitchen we recently fabricated and installed. Namibe Cream is a beautiful color that is quarried in Africa. It contains warm shades of gold, beige and brown with under tones of cream and taupe and looks great in a kitchen for countertops. It would also look nice in a bathroom, as a vanity, or tub surround, etc.

Keep in mind that these photos show a kitchen right after installation, and don’t capture the entire finished project. They do however, give a good depiction of the stone and some of its unique features. Hopefully we can get some pictures when it is all complete.

Let’s take a look…

Notice the grain of the stone. It contains some veining and some quartz, that gives it some depth.

I really like the darker gold area in the stone. It gives it some character.

This is what a typical undermount sink looks like, after installation. Faucets are generally put in later.

Silver Gray Granite Installation…

Although I would love to get photos of every job we fabricate and install, that clearly doesn’t happen. We do however, try and get some photos from our installation crew when they are out on various job sites. They obviously aren’t as pretty as professional pictures, as the projects aren’t always complete, or are missing the final touches of decorating, but they do help give a glimpse of a project and also help show some of its features. In this blog, I wanted to show a few pictures of a Silver Gray kitchen that we recently fabricated and installed.

Let’s take a look…
